Helpdesk Launch

It’s been a good year for Initialsketch so far, we’ve taken on more staff and more clients. Working with new technology we’ve made sure your website’s been online and constantly supported and updated.

 We’re a small company, working with people that are in their younger years. Maturity is something we excel in when working, although age does prevail at this time of year. All of our staff are currently enrolled in college studding A level subjects. After the easter period a vast majority of our staff are taking leave to revise for our final exams.

 This might sound like a problem but please be assured that it isn’t. We’ve got plans in place to make sure that we’re still providing the best service as possible throughout this period. We like to address all our clients on a personal basis, giving them the right amount of time and attention that’s needed to their query. We’d like to carry this on throughout the exam period.

 From April to July we’re using our very reliable “helpdesk”. In busy periods we usually ask all clients to contact us with problems using this feature as it’s accessible everywhere. This year we’ve made significant upgrades as to how it works. Because the majority of our staff will be out of office, revising, we’ve created a backend feature to send us a text message and e-mail when you submit a ticket. Once your ticket has been submitted, we’re all notified and someone from the support team will deal with your support ticket.

 We’d like to ask all clients, to make sure we can provide the best performance for your website and so we can address your support requests as quick as possible to use the online helpdesk. We’ve got multiple people working through this period to ensure uptime and a personal response. We’re looking to fully deploy the helpdesk features if it’s successful. Your feedback is vital to the development of our customer service system.
